Chef Sean Weber-Quigley, the visionary behind Verde Chef Service, brings over two decades of culinary expertise to every dish. With a deep passion for farm-to-table cuisine, Chef Sean honed his skills through rigorous training and a commitment to excellence.

A graduate of the prestigious Apicius International School of Hospitality in Florence, Italy, he earned a Master's Certificate in Culinary Arts and trained under renowned Chef Pierre Luigi Campi at Ganzo, a celebrated restaurant known for its innovative, locally sourced cuisine. His dedication to culinary excellence was further recognized through his participation in the Tutto Toscano presentation at the James Beard Foundation.

Chef Sean's culinary journey includes leadership roles at esteemed Philadelphia restaurants such as Davio’s and White Dog Café. He also brings valuable experience as a corporate chef, promoting healthy eating habits, and as a private caterer and residence chef.
